What if
It’s 1889. The Wright Brothers opened their first business. They were passionate and excited about it. Wright & Wright Job Printers was officially in business.
Three years later in 1892, they got really passionate about their second business. You remember them for this one, right? It was so impactful and changed the way the world looked at the product. Influential, innovative, incredible.
They started a bicycle business called, Wright Brothers Exchange.
Wait, is that not what you know them for? Oh, got it. Continuing on.
Just a mere 7 years later, the Wright Brothers get the itch to do something else. They write the Smithsonian Institution inquiring about additional publications on aeronautical subjects.
Fast forward to 4 years later, they make the first and UNSUCCESSFUL attempt to fly their “power machine”.
What if the story ended there? “The Wright Brothers attempted to build a flying machine but it didn’t work.”
“The world will never know what could’ve been.”
The Wright Brothers never take the first flight.
Amelia Earheart never makes history.
Someone in 2027 is overheard saying, “But how do we get there when it’s so far away?”
You must stop dreaming so small. You must stop giving up after the first attempt. You must stop thinking that a setback is the end of the story.
